Hi CR folks, Some stuff has come in, and I don't have time this week to do the on-line store update so I thought I'd offer directly to the list: All Items NOS unless otherwise stated. Shipping is extra. First one to say "I'll take it" gets it. If you want stuff from our on-line store, we can combine the orders. Except for bikes/wheels, there is a $10 max shipping charge for US orders to the lower 48. 1) Modolo anatomic hood pair to fit Campy NR/SR in gum. Two pair available. $ 34 per pair. 2) "Generic" gum hoods to fit Campy NR/SR levers, in gum. These have the kinda big seam on the side but tend to be great users hoods as they are inexpensive and work. Three pair available $ 18 per pair. 3) TA 144 pattern 41 tooth ring to fit Campy NR/SR cranks. Two avilable, $ 44 each. 4) Campagnolo Italian Nuovo Record headset. In the box, probably mid or late 1970's. $ 178 5) Campagnolo Italian Super Record headset. In the box, probably late 1970's. These have been going for crazy high prices on ebay at times (up to $400, crazy! and often at $300). This one lets say $ 245 6) Regina SL50 Chain (I think). This is a hollow pin silver chain from Regina, in its original Regina bag (labled extra). It does have beveled sideplates so looks appropriate for narrow 6sp, 7, and 8sp use. Hollow pin chains do carry more risk of failure, but in general these do have a fairly good reputation. One available. $ 84. Very cool for that super record bikes. 7) Really scruffy Guerciotti bicycle from around 1984 or 1985. 59.5 c-t with about a 57cm cc top tube. This bike is begging to be restored, as frame seems to be in fine structural condition, and some of the cool panto parts are present and look like they will clean up very well, but operationally and cosmetcially most of the other bits are pretty rough. Dark red, chrome fork, Guerciotti pantoghraphed seatpost (with the ruler markings) and engraved calipers (with cool lines) and pantographed shift levers. Slightly scruffy concour black saddle, Cinelli XA 115mm stem with new logo 64/42 bars. Super Record braze on front deraillieur, scruffy Super record rear der, no pedals, ugly shimano durace crank, Campy sm fl hubs with mismatch Campy clincher rims that may or may not have much life left. Ugly shimano aero brake levers. Headset is super record that either has dried grease or is toast (pretty hard to turn bars, but at least the bars rotate OK all the way around which is impor tant). Super Record bikes are hot on the market these days - so this one could be a diamond in the rough. Price is $475 plus shipping. We'll need about a week to box it up and get it shipped (usually we ship ASAP). We did take this for a quick spin. With the stiff headset kinda hard to tell, but it seemed to ride straight and it had a wonderful lively feel as Guerciotti bikes are known for. And don't forget, lots of other stuff on our website at http://www.renehersebicycles.com Thanks! Mike Kone, Rene Herse Bicycles Boulder CO USA
