There are two that come to mind. Both within the city itself.

Both are bike stores that have interests in on topic bikes but are by no means limited to the genre.

Cecil Walker Cycles - still make bespoke steel frames for road bikes. Also a full service bike store.

The other is Spoken, a bit more of a boutique store. Specialises in steel frame single speeds. Haven't been in there for almost a year but worth a look.
