... actually it happens every time there is any convention in dc, but when it comes to an innaguration (any party) the out of town prostitutes come in big time. the current dc police chief (a single mom) appartently is a head of the curve on this one. that ss officer looks to be in big trouble ... ... i used to ride my first fuji into dc and up onto new york ave just for the distance early weekends in 1976 ... but you had to kind of hang on to your package :)
