Greetings, Jerry & List ---

I heard a story last year of a CR Member who, like me is well over 6-feet, took a corner on a pair of Dunlop rims (I think they were Dunlop Stainless, but might have been Dunlop Lightweight alloy) and his wheel just folded in half. It's something for me to ponder as I consider building up a part-NOS pair of Dunlop Stainless for myself.

Once again, the quick, little lightweight riders win!

Are lightweight stainless rims inherently more difficult to keep in true than alloy rims? Most rims of this type seem to have been made in UK, so perhaps the British members can offer some insight.
