My first "Winter Project" is complete, so I thought I'd share some pics. I scored the great original condition frameset off ebay last month, and luckily had most of the parts on hand saved for another frame that's been in the paint shop going on four years (don't ask). Thanks to the CR members that came through with the few pieces I did need to complete it. And thanks to Bob Frietas for posting his 70's Bianchi catalog online.

The frame still has the model decal on the headtube, which is worn but still legible reading 00.4.02. Making it the "Barcelona" model which came with a full Ti SR gruppo. I've tried to build it up to that as best that I could using a correct hollow axle Ti BB, and the Ti axle peds (which are Pista versions as I like those better). I'm still looking for a correct late 70's alloy Regina 6 speed freewheel If anybody out there has one.

Here's some links to the pics:

Still have two more winter projects which I'm going to have to start milking if I'm going to make 'em last until spring.
