Well, there are certain German bikes that just feel better when one is weari ng the right gear. Lederhosen, of course.Â
And the whips are for my riding partners, when they slow down I can give the m a little crack to keep the pace up.
Don't understand why, but there are fewer riders on my rides these days.Â

Chris: Please don't tell us why you were perusing the 'whips' and othe r accessories on line, I dint see a reference to vintage bicycle saddles on the website you linked. Hummmm, I do suppose a good whip could be used in lieu of a can of pepper spray but how would you practice using one while riding? You are not going to be wearing leather bicycling shorts too are you?
