A local shop had a Puch mixte for sale about 10 years ago with the same levers as shown on the Gazelle mixte. They are Weinmann levers which are not curved to match the contour of a drop bar, but have straight levers to match a flat bar. Otherwise, they are the same as Weinmann drop bar levers. The Puch mixte even had Weinmann gum rubber hoods.

The Puch was equipped with interesting components, including an all aluminum long cage Simplex rear changer with matching front changer and shifters. I seem to remember a nice aluminum cotterless crank as well. Frame tubing was nothing special, just some type of Puch branded high alloy steel, but it appeared to have been nicely built and assembled.
