Could you straighten tweaked fork dropouts
using the threaded rod/ nuts/ washer method?
I took a beautiful steel fork to a shop to have
the steer threaed a little more, and they must have
clamped it by the drops. It is tweaked about 1 mm.
It is very discouraging that you actually have to pay
people to screw things up today and good shops are few and far between.
