I have a few items on eBay which may be of interest to some folks on this list. Auctions are ending Sunday (11/30) and Thursday (12/04):
1) Cinelli 1R Stem - New!! It is a 'French' stem with a quill diameter of 22.0mm. The extension is 115mm. The actual measurement is just slightly larger than 22.0 and I checked it with French and "non French" (has anyone ever seen a French 'Map of the World/?) steerers, and the French forks were a bit tight, while some of the non French were a "perfect" fit, and others were definitely too large. I suppose there is a moral here??? Item #220317705589
2) Shimano 600 Cassette Hubset - First Generation/6 Speed. This is a very nice hubset and carries a bit of history with it, as we can see what Shimano was thinking and doing while other manufacturers were "thinking and doing" something different. The hubset is a 36o set and the rear hub has a 123.5mm OLD. The hubset also includes a "correct" Shimano 6 speed cassette (13-15-17-20-24-28). Item #220317710090
3) A lovely Maillard 700 Professional/Pelissier 2000 Professional hubset; The Maillard 700 Pro is the front hub, is 36o and New!! The rear hub is a Pelissier 2000 Professional, is also 36o, is spaced 123mm and is in excellent condition; Both hubs come with the original QRs; This hubset would make a wonderful base for a great classic wheelset (IMO); Item #220319837436
4) Le Jeune Frameset: This a nice "mid level" Le Jeune (531 main tubes) with forged adjustable rear dropouts; The frame dates from 1984 (just outside the CR Timeline) but is certainly 'KOF' in being steel, lugged and "quirky" French!! It measures 23 1/2" (c-t) with a 23" 1/4" top tube; Since it is French (as in 'threaded'), I'm including a Stronglight headset and bottom bracket cup assembly (I can include a spindle if someone is using a Stronglight crankset?), as well as a nice JPR seatpost.
