For the Cirque this year, I had business cards made with the Cirque logo, event description, web link, location and date. I distributed those to local CR members so that they could pass them out to anyone they came in contact with that they thought might be interested. In retrospect, I should not have included the date, because I have cards left over that are now out dated. After the Cirque, I just gave stacks of my Cirque business cards to pass out. I'm planning on doing another batch of cards that are more event info-specific, but without the date. I think including the CR web link would be a good idea, or maybe doing a two-sided card. I'm not sure the Cirque can take on the financial responsibility for producing cards for CR members across the country (or outside of it), but if people are interested in taking on this initiative in your area as sort-of a mini-sponsorship (business cards are pretty inexpensive these days), I'd be happy to share the artwork for the cards.
