Some presta inner-tubes - sorry, I can't remember the brand - come with a 'shouldered' nut, where this shoulder fits snugly into a schraeder-valve's (larger) hole.

The 'shoulder' is only on one side of the nut, so it can be used t'other way around with a drilled-for-presta rim.
