For the archives, with permission, if this Mavic SSC der is not on topic:

I cleaned a near-new on-topic (if unloved) Shimano Crane rear der last night. It struck me that it included what Sadiq called a girder clip, and is called in a current ebay listing a "mounting bracket" for a Mavic der.

It might also be called a "mounting stop". The Shimano Crane clip is not drilled for a rotation-angle adjustment screw, but that would be easier than fabricating the whole part.

Do these available substitutes, from common or inexpensive assemblies to rare ones suggest others, beside parts buiilt to obvious standards (ie chainrings and bolts)?
