I think its a case of sending cash in the mail, DONT! If buyer was told to send cash its still his fault as he knew there would be no recourse. Sellers and Buyers who are trying to avoid Paypal or exchange fees need to rethink their business model. We all participate in the cash economy when we buy or sell at swaps but never would I put more cash that I can afford to lose in an envelope and mail it anywhere much less Internationally.
