I'm not sure I get it. If you are familiar with casanova9898 as a reliable seller, you must notice that he has access to an amazing (and let's hope nearly inexhaustable) supply of extremely desirable on-topic goods. But somehow you don't trust his Colnago items? In this case, I think you'd have to admit that his "lots of quantities" are hardly suspicious -- shoot, he's got large quantities of many things more scarce than Colnago-pantographed bits and pieces, and as far as I know the authenticity of those items is not in question. I think I'd give him the benefit of the doubt.

Hi crew, It is a well known fact amongst many of us who source Campy parts in quantities from all quarters of the planet (when we are lucky enough to find them) that Casanova has an insatiable appetite for SR/NR shift levers...I nearly got a 50 pair lot NOS but David (Casanova) beat me to it...campy chainrings, SR and NR seat posts in 27 and 27.2 mm boxed, brake levers and of course stems. These then turn up on ebay pantographed. Most are really good but some are quite wrong if you look at how the original ones should look considering the time period/ design/ component factor. Overall, David (Casanova) seems to be doing a better job than most in regards finish and design. I think I recall seeing a pair of ' new' Gios shift levers sell for nearly $500 not that long ago which was more than I got for a whole 1978 Gios Record frame equipped with levers, 3 years ago. There is no bottomless stash of NOS pantographed items out there waiting to be listed on ebay. These are purely made as per demand and the supply of bog standard Campy components are available. Once the NOS goes then I imagine good used components will be substituted. A need is being filled and there are not enough original panto bits around to fill the demand for the amount of fully pantographed bikes the
market demands.
