Jon, I think you mirsread the stickers. It's not Vitus B but Vitus 888, so a not so unusual tubeset. Regards

Dear Listers,

I found this listing on ebay for a "Motobecane 53cm Fixed Gear Track Bike...Motobecane Jubile Sport 53cm fixed gear bike." (Not originally, it wasn't...)

ebay #170288586357. It was, of course, a road bike in its former life, but I was curious about the "B Vitus" tubing sticker: what kind of tubing was the "B" Vitus tubing? I did not find any clues in the Motobecane catalogs on velobase, com, nor did I find anything in the bikelist archives....

Thanks in advance for what I know will be an education...

Regards,

Jon Spangler
