Charles asked about this bike as far as dating. My bike which I date to 1963 or so is quite similar. Front derailleur should be the earlier with cable stop and the rear derailleur is later but other than that his dating looks accurate. The DT decals look strange to me but it looks like a repaint anyway. Head badges are hard to come by for these.(And I need one by the way) So summary would be frame is correctly described and wrong parts can be cured via $.
