Any tips for doing this? I have a frame the previous owner used touch-up paint on and I would like to remove it if I can (too much paint on a very small scratch). I'm nervous about damaging the original paint coat. ALSO, I have a small spot on the chain stay where the chrome chipped off and I was wondering how to contain the spot from further flaking.
