Peter mentions 3M cleaner but you will find it is not available in all areas. A visit to a local professional paint supplier should provide a good substitute. VOC regulations continue to tighten up and we will see further reductions as soon as Jan 1 2009. The automotive industry is moving (or in some states has moved) to water based paint products. I expect that a quart can of cleaner will last most of us for many years (but dont forget to keep it capped) and be aware that these products will continue to become scarcer as time goes on.
