I too, wish this was a couple of cm smaller. That bike is a Romic Team Eagle, so called because it features the Polish eagle from the coat of arms of the Polish kings. Ray, of course, was of Polish descent. This was much different from his usual logo. Ray originally used these graphics on road bikes he supplied to a team he sponsored in the Houston, TX area where his shop was located. I have three Romics, one of which is a custom track bike Ray built to my specifications. After extensive discussion, I finally cconvinced him to apply the Team Eagle graphics to my track frame, the first non-road-racing frame with those graphics. I think he later used those graphics more liberally, so I'm not saying the one on eBay is necessarily a team issue frame.

Ray was very conservative in frame geometry. He didn't want to build my track frame with toclip overlap, but I argued that I already had a couple of ROAD bikes with toeclip overlap, so he finally relented.

Great guy, his early death was a great loss to the sport, particularly in the Houston/Southeast Texas area.
