Labels are in good condition.
The rims are NOS but will need a little aluminum polish to make 'em bright and shiny. The rims have never been built up, have never been ridden, and have never been used in any way, other than hanging up in my basement/ bike rooms collecting dust for the last twenty five something years. There is some oxidation on the aluminum itself. The oxidation will come off with a rag and a cleaner without much work. I have not cleaned the rims , they are in original condition. There is some very minor glue residue on one rim from keeping a good used spare tire on it. This model has slightly angled sides; they are for track wheels that can be used on the road with out brakes. It's up to to how you use them.
