Why? It's welded.

That is decidedly not KOF, despite it's builder being retired, etc.

Chris did make delightful traditional brazed lugged frames (see CR web site) but remove the decals and this bike could be any modern maker...

(I realize there could be the start of a huge thread beginning with "Yes, but....." Let's not go there; you get it, don't you?)
