AFAIK - on a *track* hub (see the quote I replied to), the cog thread is just wide enough to thread the cog on. There is not much space left for a RH-threaded BB lock ring before the LH thread starts, and you can NOT thread a RH BB lockring on that, track pro or not... which was my point...
