Well over two years ago I left my vintage frame with a reputable restorer. When I visited some months later, the frame was still in his shop but without any apparent progress. Something was mentioned about plating and that he needed a deposit for the plating. I left a very considerable sum. To date, very little response to queries or progress.
I would appreciate the groups advice and guidance on how to proceed.
