I'm with Bob here to a certain extent. I have definitely had my issues and abundance of frustration due to ignored emails and slow shipping- But in the end, they have always made right. Whether it's and extra set of hubs (yes that has happened), a refund on shipping or whatever, the Corpuz family has always made and attempt to fix things. I guess going into a transaction I know what to expect, so I brace myself knowing it will eventually get to me. I know that's not for everyone, but their pricing is far and I know that I will get what I paid for (no matter the wait).
