I've dealt with the sultan before. Got a set of C Record High Flange hub wheels shipped all the way downunder.
He certainly sprukes his wear but have found the descriptions of quality beyond that to be accurate, communication excellent & packing ( wheels for a long haul) was super.
I wouldn't hesitate personally to buy from him again
