I would say Paul Charrel also qualifies for the best fork top competition.

And this bike would also be in my personal list of the most beautiful bikes ever

His training in "ferronnerie d'art" (staircase forged ramps, balcony guards, balustrades) led to an artistic approach to bike work that is rather unique in it's way. Check out the lugs, the brazing, the hidden cables, the drilling of all parts, etc... Every detail is stunning.

And at the same time technically extremely interesting.
