So does that mean there's absolutely nothing wrong with the low end 3-piece chromed steel hubs that used to be found on cheap department store bikes and roadsters? I've always hated the look of Phil Wood hubs because they looked just like replicas of the thick hubs on roadsters of the 1950s, except with aluminum flanges.
