I do not believe that Vito Perruci, from Long Island, ever built bikes himself. He cut hair. Jamie Swan might know more about whether he took a stab a frame building though. Even if he had, however, BSA cranks and Ava stem don't sound like the Vito I knew. Edward Albert, Chappaqua, NY
