There is a Dick Power frame just listed on Ebay #190199677487. I have my doubts that this is a frame built by Dick even though it has his decals. Since I have seen many DP's from the one built in around 1949 to be found on Dave Perry's Bike Cult site to perhaps the last bike he ever built in around 1964 I have never seen one with lugs like these. The fork crown does resemble one DP would have used but it is hard to see detail. Also I have never seen a DP with a brazed on bottom bracket cable guide. it was not unknown for Dick to put his decals on bikes made by other builders, especially early on. I once myself bought one that before I saw it was purported to be a DP and ended up clearly and without doubt being a Sieber. The configuration of the seat cluster also just do not match Dick's builds. The decals are right the bike (although hard to see in the pics) is, to my eye, not.
