I have written to them, asking if they would please postpone their swap meet a week or two so I can attend both the Handmade Bike Show in Portland AND the Westminster event (after all, it is reasonable and logical request...)? But no response thus far!

Does anybody who has booked a swap table expect to have some extra space on their table that I could perhaps share?
