I 'd describe it a " Waif and Stray " which I willing to pass on to a genuine collector enthusiast for the cost of shipping. I'm not sure of costs but suggest surface charges would be the most economical. AT a guess ie. £80-00 GBP to USA '
The frame, 21" resprayed in Battleship Grey flam. finish on the forks
for some reason unbeknown to me are in the original lighter grey
enamel. Braze on's are , top tube cable guides , RH cable guide
on BB and chain stay. The down tube is for clip on levers with
stop button attached. Reynolds 531 tubing with solid steel drop
outs. Tube centre are at 21"
