If I were in your shoes, I would first contact the ebay seller about the discrepancy(ies) and ask for an explanation. The tone and content of the explanation should provide good info, either way. The item description clearly says "Campagnolo" and not "copy" or "compatible," and the OEM Campi plastic bag is clearly intended to indicate original brand-name parts.
I would, of course, trust the collective wisdom of list members like Billy and Bob, but the issues of item authenticity and seller honesty are important to uphold, too, even on a smaller purchase. The seller owes you an explanation--it's a part of the normal cost of doing business, IMHO. (I spent 15 years in outdoor specialty retail, and answered LOTS of product questions in that time. Whether selling a Confente, a Masi, or a brake washer, it comes with the territory.)
