Man, Colin Laing, what a legend! I remember reading that cool story in Bicycling (heart shaped cutout, chromed lugs, frame) and the story of how the writer had custom ordered a Laing... I still have that issue!!!
Sweet looking customs for sure, but being 13 I had to wait in life until I finally got an Eisentraut (Note: regional Eisentraut influence, I'm fro m Santa Clara California area, vice I don't care for Masi's or Confente's like LA folks, I LOVE customs made to the owner's desires, a true snob I am).
I'd love to see more pictures of Colin Laing classics, thanks to you Dale for putting up those few bikes! Hopefully it will fill up with other pics . I'll always look up to him.
