Chris Kvale is one of those unsung master builders that those of you who are learning about the craft need to look at closely and learn from... His bike frames are highly refined in their execution. The lugwork and detailing is simply at the top of the craft. Add to that Chris's experience & prowess as a rider and you have certainly one of the best custom bike makers in the biz. Chris is a truly nice guy and in my opinion deserves high recognition for his elegant and beautiful work.

This is a terrific riding bike. The longer seattube made for a nice upright position for me. I was riding this bike as a regular rider when Tom contacted me to buy it 5 or 6 years ago. He had seen it hanging in a shop years before and had tracked it down to me. He wanted it bad enough to convince me that he needed it more than I did. Chris Kvale came to a few Cirques in the same timeframe that I had this bike and that also made it special for me. The lugs are filed very thin. I hope a listmember gets this bike.
