Condor was the shop he built mostly for. But he built for quite a number of other shops too - the high end Mal Rees frames were built by Bill as were frames for Carter and Hall in Portsmouth, at least one late Carpenter, Stan Saunders and for Stan Miles, a bike shop in St Alban's just to the north of London. Coincidentally I am listing today on Ebay a Stan Miles frame built by Bill Hurlow. These shops just got Bill to build their most expensive frames - they would have employed another builder for their cheaper frames. There are probably quite a few other shops too.
