Aren't those PS chainstays, rather than SP? I had them on a Medici Pro P ista and a fillet brazed Specialized S-Works track bike. Either way they are nice and stiff!

The only investment casting is in the fork crown. Hand cut hearts (not stamped.) Note the bulged SP chain stays too... IMO definitely mid 70s, I a gree Chas.
