Hello,

I'm just subscribed to the list. Are messages stored somewhere or is it a pure mailing list?

If possible, can someone forward me the lately written stuff about the PHIL IPPE bike/company?

I just managed to get ahold of one of these bikes, S/N 30, and still have v ery little knowledge about this company and be quite new in vintage bikes. My two other bikes are NORTA Aero/ Shimano AX. Pictures of the Philippe are in this forum (where a colleague told me there was a discussion about Philippe on this list): http://www.rennrad-news.de/forum/showthread.php?t=50191&page=5 If you can't see the images without subscribing: http://www.taunusreiter.de/bike/01290018k http://www.taunusreiter.de/bike/01290002k http://www.taunusreiter.de/bike/01290005k http://www.taunusreiter.de/bike/01290007k http://www.taunusreiter.de/bike/01290008k http://www.taunusreiter.de/bike/01290009k http://www.taunusreiter.de/bike/01290010k http://www.taunusreiter.de/bike/01290015k http://www.taunusreiter.de/bike/01290016k

I bought it from French ebay (230308613554). My plan is to build it up from scratch with French components of the ~1975 era. When finished, I would lo ve to ride it on a trip to the company who made it, at BLOIS at the beautif ul Loire river. This is about 850km from where I live and would make a good street test...
