Just joined the list and wanted to introduce myself and say hello to everyone.
I've been riding bikes for a while but I just really got to what I would consider the obsessed/working on them myself stage of biking interest.
I ride all sorts but I currently am using a 1977 Basso frame and fork that have been updated a bit with a first generation Campy Athena gruppo and some newer wheelsets that include Shimano Ultegra hubs laced to some Mavic Open Pro rims.
My newest and most ambitious project is a 1975 Guerciotti frame w/ record headset and BB that I am attempting my first build on - going to be building up the wheels and everything else. I will need some help I think! Suggestions on date-correct parts, etc.
I'm very much looking forward to sharing and learning on this list - I'll probably be quiet for a while, just reading and learning but I wanted to introduce myself up front.
