don't know if this helps, but Stronglight Escapade chainrings have 86

mm BCD. Some are made in dural (inner + middle rings) and some in 7075

T6 Zicral (outer chainrings). I believe the dural rings are fairly soft, but at under $14 these rings are so cheap it wouldn't hurt much

to give them a try, whereas the harder Zicral are normally priced. XXCycle.com in France carries them, more 86 + 122 BCD stuff at:
