Looks to me like the head tube has been milled down too far. I'd check it carefully. DaveP

That frame has a serial number indicating it was built at Worksop and not at the special SBDU facility at Ilkeston where the 753, Ti Raleigh Team, and most of the custom stuff was built. Probably doesn't matter to some folks, but definitely matters to others. Anyway, good info for a prospective buyer to have.
