It's always been my understanding that the French-equipped, yellow-white RRA's from circa 1974 are the only worthy wearers of that venerable model name. Yet this is the second one of these I've seen on ebay:
What do Raleigh folks make of this? I bid on the first one, but I don't recall it generating any list discussion, and can't locate any in the archives.
