I've always understood that the only truly worthy RRA's of the 70's and 80's were the French-equipped, white-and-yellow jobs from circa 1974. Yet this is the second one of these I've seen (first was frame only):
What do the Raleigh folks make of this? The first one I saw on ebay I bid on, but I don't recall it generating any list discussion (or if it did I haven't been able to locate it in the archives).
