I disassembled a pair of campy brake levers 2 nights ago in order to better-polish the road-rashed levers. BTW I bought these levers because they were cheap, scratched, and had virtually NO scratches on the CAMPAGNOLO logos at all ...

I used to think the 'BREV CAMP' barrels (part #2035, part of the lever blades) were not replaceable, but i managed to press mine out rather easily. These barrels are reeded at the rims and imho the reeding causes the rim to expand slightly, making the barrels stay within the levers. If yours are getting loose, perhaps you can use some steel (i.e. the blut tip of some needle-nose pliars) to gently press on the reeding in a few selected places and make them tight again.

Alternately, if the levers are really worn or the barrels have grooves in them, it might be time to look for replacement parts.
