Subject: [CR] Flashlight Holder??

Anyone know of bicycle flashlight holders designed to attach a C-Cell flashlight to a rack rather than the handlebars? It looks like the classic Wald one could be adapted to rack mounting, but I think it is only for D-Cell flashlights. Most others seem to be for handlebar mounting. I have a couple of very bright CREE LED C-Cell flashlights, but I want to mount them to racks to reduce clutter on the bars. Any suggestions?
