Please review ebay listing fees. For just $4 the seller is having this advert shown around the world, many viewers directed there by folks like you. Some will see what else seller has at prices that seem low in comparison.
When enough people catch on to this publicity opportunity, such that listings are flooded with fluff, either browsers will filter on price, or ebay will raise the maximum listing fees to extract more revenue, reduce complaints about spam, and we'll see fewer of them.
