I second Cycle Smithy and would also recommend Oscar Wastyn<http://www.wastyn.com/cater.htm>. They have an awesome collection of paramounts (tandems, track, mixte, road) hanging around the shop. Although their current stock isn't too neat, and their employees surly, i think its worth a visit. Although maybe a little further OT, Yojimbo's Garage is also worth a peek, if just for the experience. They've got a beautiful huffy/serotta hanging above their front door and lots of jewel-like njs-type things.
