Didn't Jim Blackburn make some adopters years ago? Unless these were intended for threadless eyelets, they might be of help. In fact, I may have access to some from a friend who just closed his bike shop.If anyone thinks they need some, I'll see if the eight sets of them I recall in a display are still in my buddy's stash.
