Rivendell sells rack clamps to hold racks too. high quality. Take high rack loads. And fit many tubes diameters. So no need to have frame eyelets to install racks. FYI Charles Nighbor Being racked by a nasty cough. Walnut Creek, CA Were the Tour de California happens close by
