Just to my old eyes and limited knowledge, I have to agree with Dave Martin ez. There is nothing about this bike that says "Cinelli" other than the poo rly applied Cinelli decals and even the Cinelli downtube decal looks suspec t. I own a 72 SC, but have looked at many Cinelli's over the years. I also own two Windsors and even three Raysports. The brazing on this bike is horr endous. If it were my Cinelli and I was having it restored, I'd clean it up
quite a bit more than what was done and applied the decals a lot better.I' m not sure if it's an old Windsor or not since I'm not familiar with their entire line. The fork may not be original to the frame, but the brazing the re is bad also, made worse by poor finishing. The Cinelli headbadge looks s uspect too, and in one photo it has a flat top and in another it has an ova l top and the colors appear wrong. I think there are few big name Italian b ikes that were so poorly done even in a lapse of quality control. Then agai n, I could be entirely wrong. I wouldn't buy it as a Cinelli, but it could be a good rider depending on the price. Just my two cents and if I'm off b ase, I'll gladly take the hit.
