I've seen Colnagos with the full sloping crown and flattened seatstay tops that lack the derailleur tab, so its absence on the bike in question in and of itself doesn't rule out '82, IMO. With Colnagos, of course, it's always better to add a "give or take" to the end of any sentence involving dating.
